The further Sale of Crown lands (Crown lots) is going on this day, and if they sell even at the rate proposed, by the Committee, that is the upset Price - the annual rent of the whole of the Marine and Town lots that will have been disposed of up to this day may be roughly estimated at about £15000 per Annum.
Leases of Seventy five years, at the expiration of which period, the whole are to revert to Government, as is shown in the accompanying Copy of the Leases which I am about to grant under Signature and the Seal of the Colony.
